HiQmah’s Corporate Readiness Workshop at University of Kashmir Equips Students for Professional Success

HiQmah, a leading skill development organization focused on bridging the gap between academia and industry, successfully organized a one-day Corporate Readiness Workshop at the Institute of Technology, University of Kashmir, in partnership with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

The five-hour workshop aimed to equip students with the critical skills required to excel in the corporate world. Key focus areas included Effective Communication, Teamwork and Collaboration, Time and Task Management, Interview Preparation, and Proposal Development. Through interactive sessions, students were guided on how to become effective team players, manage their time efficiently, minimize distractions for optimized productivity, and confidently approach job interviews.
